The Liffey
175 W. Seventh St., Saint Paul, MN; Tel. 651.556.1420
The Liffey may be located on the ground floor of the Holliday Inn, but somehow it manages to be a great little Irish pub. This Saint Paul bar is located a block from the Xcel Energy Center and is a popular pre- and post-hockey stop. It might not be incredibly authentic, but the Guinness and Harp flow freely, and live Irish music is featured some nights. Depending on how far you lower your expectations, The Liffey could become your favorite Irish pub in the Twin Cities. |
